Customer service:  Our customer service telephone number is our usual contact number: 01754 880512 this number is available 7 days a week – see opening times on our contact us page. The calls are charged at normal national rate, or contact us via email.

Handling complaints:  Should you have a complaint about our goods or service we will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days. We will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you informed about progress. To report a problem send an email, phone or write to us.

Delivery: All our goods are made to order, the approximate delivery time is stated on all our order forms as well as various pages throughout the web site. In the event that we exceed the stated times we will contact you and arrange another time for delivery. We contact all our customers by phone or email to notify when the goods are being despatched.

Warranties:  We make all the goods on our website here at the foundry and they come with a 24-month guarantee from date of invoice. They are checked before leaving our premises but should you encounter a problem such as faulty goods or different to what you have ordered they will be made good at our expense. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Made to order:  All our goods are made to order, this means that they are not stock items and that they are personally made to your choice of colour or specification.

Returns/Refunds:  Due to the fact our products are specially made to order and not stock items, refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

Credit card security:  We have chosen “Handepay Merchant Services” for processing all credit card orders on our website.   The online & offline payments meet industry standard security specifications.  The hosted secure payment gateway ensure that your transactions are conducted in a safe and private manner every time, using tools such as 3D Secure.

Privacy:  We will not sell or rent your personal details to any third parties. please see our Privacy policy for more details.

Payment terms:  Schools, colleges, museums, libraries, MOD and other UK government institutions, payment 30 days from invoice date.

1:  All prices quoted are in UK currency GBP (Pounds Sterling) they are total prices including delivery unless stated otherwise.

3:  Credit cards that we can accept are VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DELTA, MAESTRO and JCB. International transactions are subject to the exchange rate on the date of transaction.  Should you wish to make payment via BAC’s then ask for our bank details.

Overseas Taxes:  Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or tax that might be levied by their own country.
